The space Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa Pull-Out Outdoor Amenities: Private fenced back yard with Adirondack chairs for that after-beach relaxation! A convenient outdoor shower with hot water is at your disposal to rinse off after a long day at the beach! Guest access After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival. Other things to note Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: One (1) detached garage parking space, One (1) parking space on the LEFT side of the driveway. All are offered free of charge to guests.
