Year-round lakefront home with 160 feet of frontage and 2 docks (43-ft & 20 ft) on beautiful Little Sebago Lake. Two levels of living - 4 bedrooms (+ pull out sofa), 2 full baths, updated kitchen, 2 family rooms and lakefront views on both levels. Desk set-up available with strong wifi for flex-cation/working remotely. Kid friendly gradual entry into lake. Deck w/grill to enjoy dining al fresco. Fire pit by lake. Includes use of kayaks, canoe, paddle boat & paddle board - the perfect getaway! The space There are two levels of living in the house, both with fantastic views of the lake. Kitchen is completely updated with all stainless appliances. Washer/Dryer also available for use. Ask about our bunkhouse! PLEASE NOTE: Our home is located in a neighborhood. We do not allow parties and ask that guests ONLY park in our driveway/property. We expect guests to respect the neighborhood community and our neighbors while they are staying. Guest access Guests will have full house access, with the exception of storage unit in basement. Other things to note Great for all seasons! All the things to love about lake life in the spring/summer, close-by apple picking and fall festivities, ice-fishing and cross-country skiing or snowmobiling in winter. House is located 1-mile down on a gravel road - if staying in winter, 4-wheel drive is recommended.
