This is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break. This is a beautiful villa located in the very popular Faro Park area. It is finished to a very high standard with many plants surrounding it for garden lovers. There is a lovely private pool which is located in a lower area of the property to avoid the upper areas getting wet. The outdoor areas are sub divided to accommodate all tastes. The sitting room has beautiful reclining seating to allow you to relax whilst watching the many tv channels. The space The villa has two beautiful bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The villa is south facing so you can enjoy the sun from dawn until dusk or alternatively you can relax in the large shaded terrace area. There is an al fresco cooking area with a fully equipped barbeque. Alternatively, you can dine in the indoor dining area. There is a new fitted kitchen which is fully stocked with any utensils that may be required. There is a second fridge freezer and another chest freezer. The villa is fully alarmed and monitored. Guest access The villa has it's own private parking. Alternatively, the number 30 bus offers a service every 30 minutes. A taxi to Playa Blanca centre, its about 5or 6 euro give or take...... You are bound to have a great night out in the bustling centre of Playa Blanca. Other things to note Within a 3 minute walk, you have Le Moka bakery, offering a range of fresh bakes, all day breakfast and a range of other snacks Bill's Sports Bar, offering your favourite sports on big screen TV and fabulous music from the 80's 90's and 00's... Lighthouse restaurant offer a range of good quality traditional favourites, fab fish and chips and you must try their Garlic and Chilli batter as well as a Sunday roast to quench the largest appetite. The Lounge is a chilled out cocktail bar. Port of Call restaurant offer a wide range of quality cuisine with probably the best steak you could eat. Pizzburger offer a wide range of pizza, burgers, and other foods to eat in or take away, and they deliver to you in your villa or hotel.. Why not try the recently re-opened La Flamenca Restaurant and grab yourselves a taste of Spain, with tapas and paella as well as other delicious foods. Dal Travisiano Italian restaurant offer fresh pizzas and pastas to die for. But they have an extensive menu if you have a fancy for something different. Casual Seafood Bistro Bar is a new addition with a fabulous garden area to enjoy a drink in the sun and a range of high quality Portuguese foods that are a must to share Geckos Bistro offer a daily choice. Cooked to perfection by Dave, check their FB page for what is on offer each day. Flavours Indian restaurant, who doesn't love a good curry, I can tell you from experience, its a very very good curry If you want to try something different or have a special occasion to celebrate then why not book a table at Coentro. Joao is a fine dining chef from Brazil and cooks some really amazing works of art.. Last but by no means least, to tickle your taste buds Pechiguera offer rotisserie chicken to eat in or take away, with a unique blend of herbs and a deliciously moreish gravy.... as well as salads and other meals And if that's not enough there are two late night supermarkets, so if you need to pick up some essentials, you can get them here and if you fancy a pamper The Italian Barber offers hair cuts and styling as well as massage and nail treatments..
