The space Fattoria Il Leccio is a farm and agritourism owned by our family for four generations, specializing in the production of high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil and other typical products. The beautiful 19th-century country house, situated in an idyllic location among olive groves, is located on top of a hill overlooking the Mugnone Valley, a wonderful valley that offers panoramic views of rolling hills planted with well-kept olive groves, as well as the city of Fiesole and the city of Florence. Giovanni Boccaccio, in his 13th-century Decameron, sets some of his stories in this valley. Guest access The Agriturismo is located on a hill, surrounded by olive groves, about 1 km from Caldine, where a supermarket and other services are available. To reach the property, you take an uphill country road of about 1 km. It is recommended to use a personal means of transport. Access is exclusive. Other things to note Lorenzo, a graduate in Agricultural Sciences, works on the farm every day, experimenting with innovative methods of organic farming, producing olive oil, olive patè, various vegetables, fruit and saffron. Flavia, a musician, loves to take care of the development, planning and communication of the agriturismo. The mother, Sandra, a graduate in Political Science, dedicates her time to the furnishing and care of the apartments. Andrea, the father, a concert pianist and former conservatory teacher, divides his time between his love of music and his love of the countryside.
