The Champlain #205 is a cozy 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms and a splendid view of the Bromont mountain. Summer and Fall Highlights: - Private and secure storage locker for your golf equipment and bikes; - Mountain view from your balcony; - Less than 2 KM away of everything (slopes, golf, trails, old village, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, etc.) and only 8 KM away from Balnea Spa; - Private parking lot for you and your guests; - Private training room; - Four seasons outdoor fire pit. In summer, enjoy our heated outdoor pool and our BBQ area very well appointed! Walk the street and have a nice walk at the Domaine Chateau Bromont Golf Course, or enjoy mountain biking or a visit to the water park located less than a KM away. After your day, just leave your bikes in your secure storage space. Yes! We thought of everything! After your days in the open air, you can enjoy the comfort of your warmly decorated lounge area, or your private balcony-terrace with a splendid view of the mountain. If you prefer, why not conquer the local vineyards or feast at one of the Village's many gastronomic pubs and restaurants? Guests enjoy free high-speed WiFi connection during their stay and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a washer and dryer to make sure everything is clean and dry for your next activity! With its great location, and offering a turnkey access to the mountain during the ski season, a free shuttle included in your package takes you to and from the mountain at your convenience, the number of times as you wish, between 9am and 8pm. You will also appreciate the convenience of your private secure storage space to store your ski equipment between activities. Other things to note Recommended Occupancy: • The condo is ideal for comfortably accommodating a family of 2 adults and up to 3 to 4 children (depending on their age). • We can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults in separate beds (including a bunk bed or 2 floor mattresses). To ensure your comfort, groups of more than 4 adults are not recommended. Use of Beds and Bedrooms: • All travelers must sleep in the beds and bedrooms designated for that purpose. Sleeping in common areas (such as on the sofa or on the floor in the living room) is not allowed. Pet Policy: • Pets are accepted under certain conditions. Unless otherwise agreed upon: o Pets must weigh less than 25 pounds. o Pets must be well-behaved and not bark continuously. o In the absence of occupants, pets must be kept in a cage. Cleanliness and Respect for the Property: • Guests are required to keep the condo clean and in good condition throughout their stay. • At the end of the stay, the property must be left in a reasonably clean state. This includes, but is not limited to: o Returning items to their original places. o Disposing of trash in the designated areas. o Washing used dishes or placing them in the dishwasher. • Respect for the property: Any damage, excessive dirtiness, or misuse of the property will result in additional charges to cover repairs or cleaning costs. • Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or disrespect for the neighborhood will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to $500 is required before check-in. This amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer within 7 days before arrival with the information provided by the host; otherwise, access to the property will be denied. The deposit may be used to cover potential damages, missing items, excessive cleaning fees, or any violation of rental terms. If no damages or violations are found, the deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out. In case of a dispute, proof of damages or violations will be provided, and any claim must be submitted in writing within 10 days. Booking implies the tenant's acceptance of this policy. Compliance with House Rules: • The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time without refund if the rules above are not respected. • By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and agreed to all the conditions mentioned above.
