The comfortable seating, including a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, plus an Oversized chair that opens as a twin sleeper, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner stove-top, toaster oven, and dishwasher, and in-unit stacked washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people. Relax on the oceanfront balcony, which overlooks the beach and the pool area of the condo complex and has plenty of comfortable seating. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This condo is pet-friendly. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island! Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
