This includes all bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, the game room, and the private outdoor deck, hot tub, and yard. The only exceptions are two locked owners' closets and the basement, which are not accessible to guests. 🌳Your stay includes complementary amenity passes to enjoy our private community seasonal amenities: - Three Outdoor Heated Pools (Minisink pool - 5 min. walk). - Four white sand lakes beaches (Beach 2 - 2 min. drive and 14 min. walk) - Outdoor playgrounds are located at each beach -Tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, sand volleyball - A Rental Shack to rent paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, bikes, and recreational & sports equipment like bocce balls, horseshoes, and tennis rackets. - A family Game Room, billiards, ping pong & air hockey tables. ✨Community Lodge hosts special events all year long! It also includes adult billiards, a fitness room a library & Arrowhead souvenir store. ⚠️ Notes: ● Mandatory community registration & fees requirement - see bellow Other things to note ★ ★COMMUNITY REGISTRATION & FEES (MANDATORY) Arrowhead Lake requires all guests to register prior to arrival. We handle the registration process for you a week prior to your arrival, after you complete a questionnaire about all your guests & vehicles. ✅Community registration fees and amenities passes are included with your reservation for the number of guests confirmed in your reservation only. Please ensure everyone is included in your booking/reservation. ✅Adding additional Guests: $16 per person, per day. *Vehicle Gate Passes: All vehicles are required to be registered. 🎁Stays up to 3 nights, includes one (1) complimentary vehicle pass; 🎁🎁 4+ nights include two (2) complimentary vehicle passes. ✅Additional vehicle passes can be purchased for $20 each. ⏰**Registration Late Fee:** $100 applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival. I will message you to process your registration a week prior to your check-in day. 📌All fees must be paid at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a late fee. 🚫 The community does NOT accept registrations, payments, or changes made on your arrival day. This includes adding guests & vehicles. Please plan accordingly. This is out of my control. 🌞 SEASONAL AMENITIES & ACCESS ★ -House Private Kayak: Available for guest use from Mid-April to October. -Outdoor couches are covered to keep them dry. - Outdoor hammocks and beach essentials are stored in the outdoor storage bins. -Community Pools: The community pools are open on weekends from Memorial Day weekend through June 12th, then daily until Labor Day, weather permitting (11:00M-7:00PM). -Lakes are always open & swimming is at your own risk. -Tennis courts: open May-October. -The Rental Shack seasonal- open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, and then weekends only to October 13th. **🚫Amenity Closures: The host is not responsible for community amenity closures due to weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. ➡️💰Stay Longer, Save More! ✨ Dog-Friendly!
