Family & Work-Friendly Features - For Families: We provide a crib, high chair, playpen, baby monitor, booster seat, baby bath, children's books, toys, and kids' utensils. - For Remote Work: Two bedrooms are equipped with a desk, chair, and desk lamp for a quiet workspace. ☀ ** Arrowhead Lake Community Amenities: Arrowhead Lake Community offers year-round amenities. Surrounded by two beautiful lakes perfect for boating, fishing (ice fishing during the winter), and swimming, there's always something fun to do. Our community boasts four sandy beaches, three heated outdoor pools, playful playgrounds, cozy picnic areas, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a welcoming Lodge with indoor activities such as karaoke, crafts, live music, a fitness center, adult billiards, and a library. You can also rent equipment like kayaks, bikes, and sports gear at the Rental Shack. In addition, have fun with family and friends in the Game Room located in the Welcome Center. Enjoy billiards, air hockey, ping-pong, giant Jenga, and giant Connect 4. The game room also features a skeeball and a basketball hoop game. Open daily from 10am to 10pm. Please read the community requirement detailed below. ☀Adventure seekers We are located just 10-30 minutes from major attractions, including ski resorts such as Jack Frost, Camelback, and Big Boulder Mountain (skiing, snowboarding); water parks such as Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge & Aquatopia Park; Austin T. Natural Area (walking and hiking trails), National Golf Club, Pocono Raceway, Outlets, Mount Air Casino, Pocono ATV Tours, Skirmish Paintball, and Mountain View Park make it an ideal base for year-round Poconos adventures. Enjoy great food, music, and festivals in the Pocono Mountains! Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house. This includes all bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, the game room, and the private outdoor deck, hot tub, and yard. The only exceptions are two locked owners' closets and the basement, which are not accessible to guests. Your stay also includes complimentary amenity passes for all registered guests to enjoy the full range of facilities within the Arrowhead Lake community. Other things to note Community Registration & Fees (Non-Negotiable) Arrowhead Lake is a private community with strict rules. Please review carefully to ensure a smooth arrival. - Guest Registration: All guests staying at the property must be included in your reservation. Adding guests after booking will incur a fee of $15 per person, per day. - Registration Deadline: You must complete the community registration form at least 3 days before your arrival. A mandatory $100 late fee is charged by the community for registrations completed after this deadline. - No Same-Day Changes: The community does not permit any same-day registrations or modifications. Vehicle Gate Passes - Stays of 2-3 nights include one (1) complimentary vehicle pass. - Stays of 4+ nights include two (2) complimentary vehicle passes. - Additional vehicle passes can be purchased for $20 each. Please note that seasonal amenities open on Memorial Day weekend. - Lakes: Always open, and swimming is at your own risk. - Pools: open only Fridays-Sundays from Memorial Day weekend through June 18th; then open daily until Labor Day & weather permits. - Tennis courts: open daily until October 31. - The Rental Shack seasonal- Open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Then, weekends only: Labor Day - October 13th. ***Please know that the host is not responsible for amenity closures due to environmental testing, water treatment, or weather conditions.
