Come and relax in our cosy cottage located in the Shropshire countryside, super fast Wi-Fi, well kitted kitchen and everything you need on hand. Goal posts and trampoline for the kids! They are welcome to visit the chickens, ducks and horses. With beautiful Cleobury Mortimer within walking distance and Ludlow only a 15 min drive your not far from shops, pubs and restaurants. Not to mention take aways all deliver! Indian, Chinese, Thai, Pizza, F & C. Clee Hill views to die for, see photos! The space Self contained 1300sqft cottage, with new gas central heating throughout and log burner for cosy nights. Downstairs you have an open plan living room with pullout king sofa bed, additional seating and dining for 8 to eat, large kitchen with couch and relaxing yoga sun room, complete with weights, running machine and gym equipment. Utility and WC with washer / dryer / airer for your use. Upstairs you have two newly carpeted main bedrooms. The super king en-suite is large and can be set also as a twin. We also have a pull out single bed that can be placed in either room. This room has one large window at apex and 6 skylights with blackout blinds. The en-suite in the master has bath and electric shower, WC and sink. The double room has a double bed, space for the pull out single or travel cot (available upon request). It is also en-suite but this en-suite is small in size, has new mains shower, WC and sink and whilst tucked away is open plan. There are two windows in this room, both fitted with blackout blinds. The new travel cot can be used at your discretion but we don’t provide linen or a duvet / pillow for this. At the rear of the property you have stunning views overlooking acres and acres of undisturbed countryside… a great place for children to run free, the garden area for your use has a swing chair, firepit, trampoline and goal posts set in .5 acre. Being situated near a road at the front / kitchen, if all the windows are open road noise is inevitable but with doors and windows shut it’s not an issue. We also supply a fan for hot weather. Other things to note Steep stairs and low beams. Well behaved dogs allowed at £20 extra per dog. Our family home is the next house up and so we’re onsite if needed, however your area both inside and outside is large, spacious, private and the property is a totally separated cottage from any other buildings.
