The Penthouse is beautiful, the condo is front beach, (second line beach 30 meters from the sand), the Infinity pool is spectacular, and have the best location just steps from the sea and very close to the 5th Ave and centers of attraction . The sea infinity view is spectacular and the atmosphere is familiar and peaceful. The building has security and reception service 24 hours a day. The Infinity pool in the rooftop is use by adults (18 years), childrens have the private pool and the family pool in the garden of the first level. Note: The private pool is for your exclusive use, in a private rooftop area with a hammock, table with umbrella and sofa with cushions, in addition the infinity pool and the garden pool that are communal. It is steps from the sand, about 30 meters. It is a very safe condominium, 24/7 security, surveillance cameras, concierge, etc. Regarding the area, it is the most beautiful neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, a street full of large native trees, beautiful restaurants, sophisticated atmosphere and very safe beach environment. PARKING: There are two options to park the car, the condominium has a paid indoor parking, (subject to availability) $ 80 Mexican pesos per day, the other option is the open parking in front of the condominium that works with a meter from 10 am to 10 pm, works with 5 or 10 pesos coins, do not work with cards or bills. The daily cost of the parking meter (if you leave the car all day in the parking lot) is approximately $ 110 pesos, (10 pesos x hour), from 10 pm to 10 am has no cost. Note: The parking meter allows a maximum of 6 hours of payment. LAUNDRY: 1) - The condo has a laundry unit, you have to pay 160 Mexican pesos (10 USD) at reception, it includes washing and drying. 2) - There are also external laundry services with delivery, they come to collect and deliver. AIRBNB CONCEPT Pool towels and bath towels are left, if you require you can wash them in the condo's laundry unit, we leave laundry detergent. 1 Purified water jug is left, if you need it you can buy another in the same condominium, they sell at the reception and take them to the door.
