An array of shops and delicious restaurants are within walking distance. LIVING AREA High ceilings and a plethora of windows flood the spacious living area with natural light. Cozy up on two couches and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. A 60” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a Viking gas range and oven. A large wooden island seats eight and provides ample meal preparation space. When it’s time to eat, a dining table seats six, and the breakfast nook seats four. BEDROOMS & BATHS This four-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. Take in mountain views from the privacy of the master bedroom, appointed with a king bed, 35” TV, and a cozy reading nook. An en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a bathtub. The guest bedroom on the lower level is outfitted with two twin-over-queen bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth guest room offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the hallway. A half bath next to the kitchen provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA Fire up the gas grill on the balcony and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy a refreshing beverage at the bistro table for two. A spiral staircase leads down to the hot tub, where relaxation awaits after an exhilarating day on the slopes. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). This rental does not have air-conditioning. Please note that the spiral staircase to the hot tub may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Adventure seekers will love having over 600 miles of mountain biking trails between Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Granby Ranch. STR#6660 Guest access The front entry door has a digital keypad lock. Enter your access code (a green light will indicate the code is accepted), then rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door opening to unlock. When leaving, press the Schlage button and rotate the deadbolt toward the door opening to engage it - the door does not lock automatically, so please lock when you depart. If the light flashes red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. The garage door uses a separate code for entry. There is no front desk or on-site staff. If you have questions about accessing the home, a video guide is available in your confirmation. Other things to note You have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. A hot tub is on-site and available for your use (access via a spiral staircase). Please replace the cover when not in use. The home has a washer and dryer in the laundry closet for your convenience.
