The space Florence II Condominiums #201 Direct beach access is the highlight of this 2BR/2BA condo. Conveniences include reserved parking and elevator access. Sleep up to six with a sleeper sofa in the open-concept living area. Both spacious bedrooms feature a private en-suite bath. Lounge around the shared outdoor pool and hot tub. (PLEASE NOTE: The pool is temporarily unavailable through October 8, 2018.) Walk directly from the poolside to the Gulf shore, bringing along the beach umbrella and chairs provided for guests. Enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony, and then head out for breakfast at one of several nearby restaurants. Get active with a lesson at Air Padre Kiteboarding, or spend an afternoon at Schlitterbahn Water Park. ABOUT THE HOUSE This condo is great for a couples’ getaway or a family vacation. The open-concept space is kept cool and comfortable with central air. In the living area, host a movie night—choose one from the DVD collection and watch it on the 32” TV. The full kitchen provides everything you’ll need to cook and eat in. Gather for meals at the dining table for four; there are also two bar stools at the counter—ideal for a quick breakfast or snack. Guests staying in the king-size master bedroom will enjoy direct balcony access, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bath. The queen-size guest room features a 21” TV and an en-suite bath. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower configuration. Sleep an additional two guests on the sleeper sofa—they will enjoy waking up to natural sunlight streaming through the sliding glass balcony doors. Reserved parking for one vehicle is included. Spring Break During spring break wristbands may be required with extra fees. Families only or all guests must be 25 or older. *******During March everyone staying in this unit must have a wristband. It is $25 per wristband, exact cash only. You must come to the office at 1817 Padre Blvd. Ste. 3 to purchase the wristbands. Failure to comply will result in fines and/or evictions. The office is open 9 am to 6 pm ******** NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation. This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit No2015-787409. THE LOCATION ** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.' ** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions. Direct beach access is mere steps from your South Padre Island condo. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance (less than a mile). Head to World Flavors Coffee House or Groovi Smoothi for a quick and easy breakfast before enjoying local outdoor activities, like a kiteboarding lesson or a trip to Schlitterbahn Water Park (10 minutes). City/town permit number 2023-1324 No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
