All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home. - Please note that the front gate is to stay open at all times per the owner's request.
