In front of the house there is a beautiful private yard with a large, heated salted swimming pool (42 m2) and a large garden with a Mediterranean plants and barbecue. In the aft part of the house there is a parking area with a basketball backboard & mini football goals. Villa is located 6 km from the beautiful beach in Maslinica. It is situated 200 m from the village center and yet is far enough to be in a completely peaceful surrounding. Guest access Villa Giove is suitable for 8-10 people and is equipped with a parking area with 2-4 parking spots.
