The space This four bedroom Villa with four connected bathrooms also has a large kitchen with fridge/freezer, living and dining rooms, two balconies, playroom (table tennis, table soccer, exercise machine, darts…), Finnish sauna, shower room with rain effect and a separate toilet. In front of the house there is a beautiful private yard with a large, heated salted swimming pool (42 m2) and a large garden with a Mediterranean plants and barbecue. In the aft part of the house there is a parking area with a basketball backboard & mini football goals. Villa is located 6 km from the beautiful beach in Maslinica. It is situated 200 m from the village center and yet is far enough to be in a completely peaceful surrounding. In the village center there is a bakery, a restaurant, supermarket and grocery stores, fruit/vegetable/fish market, a pharmacy and a medical center. Villa Giove is ideal solution for group of families or friends. The whole Villa, including pool is at your disposal only. Guest access Villa Giove is suitable for 8-10 people and is equipped with a parking area with 2-4 parking spots. The sleeping arrangement is: eight guests in four double beds in four bedrooms; each bedroom has a connected bathroom. There is a sofa bed for two people in the living room, as well as some extra beds to combine.
