Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining area on the first floor, cozy living room with tiled stove and seating area. Access to the large, furnished terrace with grill. Guest toilet. Upper floor with 2 bedrooms with double beds, spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, corner bathtub. Small work area, continuous balcony. 5-star rating from the German Tourism Association The space In-house gym, utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer. Towels, bed sheets, cosmetics and hygiene products as well as a welcome greeting are included with us so that you can start a nice and relaxing vacation. A bike rental, boat rental and shopping in the nearby neighboring villages. Restaurants in the village (also purely vegetarian) and on the lake. A guest card for many discounts around the lake and Breitbrunn can be purchased free of charge at the tourist information office. NEW from 2023: a tourist tax is due. €1.50 per day per person (from 16 years). Must be paid in cash. 4 golf courses can be reached in 1/2 hour. Guest access It is an entire house - similarly built like a semi-detached house, but not next to each other but across from the main house - has its own house entrance. Other things to note ATTENTION: Spices, sugar, flour, etc. as well as personal hygiene items (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) are NOT included in the house.
