Located in the hinterland, our pretty renovated 150 m2 country house allows you to fully enjoy moments with friends or family. Spacious and quiet, located on a 1000 m2 wooded plot, it invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Ideally located for hiking trails, the beaches of the Opal Coast and the Audomarois Marsh. The space Well-equipped spacious accommodation offering a very bright 50 m2 open living room heated by a wood-burning stove equipped with a small oven for heating pizza, simmered dishes... A basket with logs will be made available on arrival allowing you to enjoy the stove. On the ground floor you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms each with 1 queen size bed, 1 wardrobe. 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with 2 sinks and 1 bath-shower. The staircase located at the entrance will give you access to the floor where there are also 2 bedrooms, one with 4 single beds, possibility of adding 1 baby bed and for the other a double bed 140 x 200. A laundry area on the ground floor with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron is also available for your use. Guest access Entire individual house as well as all exteriors. Private courtyard for 3 vehicles. An outdoor wooden playground is available year-round. An inflatable Jacuzzi under a partially covered and enclosed pergola is accessible from April 1 to October 31. Some hygiene precautions must nevertheless be respected (shower, footbath, no cream or body oil). A check will be made when the departure keys are handed over, in case of non-compliance a compensation of 70 euros will be required to cover the costs of cleaning and replenishing the water.
