22 Biggiesknowe is a spacious and well-equipped self-contained apartment, overlooking Eddleston Water (fondly known as “the Cuddy”) only a minutes walk from Peebles High street with all its intriguing shops and delightful dining options. With its private front door and convenient entry via lockbox everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday is on your doorstep. The space You have the entire place to yourself and free WIFI is provided. The property is on one floor. The large bright living room has comfortable seating, a fireplace,TV, DVDs, books to read and views of the ducks 'playing' in Eddleston Water. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook your own food and as well as the usual appliances and includes a dishwasher. There is a table and two chairs in the dining area located in the lounge. The small utility room houses a washing machine and a small freezer. The bedroom has double bed, mirror and clothes cupboard. All linen and towels are provided. The shower room has towels and toiletries. The property has gas central heating. Gas and electricity is charged at cost. Note: there is only one outside door to this property. 22 Biggieknowe is located in the centre of Peebles – about a 35 minute car journey from Edinburgh. Guest access 22 Biggiesknowe has a main door accessed up a small set of stairs. There is a key safe beside the front door. (the code will be made available prior to arrival) The whole flat is for guests use. We would be grateful if guests would not arrive before 4pm and leave by 10am on the day of departure. Other things to note Departing guests are asked to be out before 10am and new guests to arrive after 4pm. No smoking please.
