We have The Cove Water park near by in our very quiet neighborhood. The retreat is a cheerful and comfortable open space and our back yard is very relaxing. All rooms have new beds, dressers, TVs, all sparkling clean and sanitized rooms. Our Master bedroom has an open space and a very nice flat screen TV. Parking, while pulling into the driveway, please park to the RIGHT space and enter on the right side of the house. The left space is saved for other guests. mostly renter with Garage parking for free Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We ask that our guests respect our other guests in the home as well as our neighbors as well while they enjoy their stay with us. If you’re booking our home, We do not allow guests to book for third parties such as “friends and family” or booking from a third party because we need to communicate with you if anything happens 2. For your safety and for All guest's safety we have security cameras installed throughout the outside of the property. 3. The bath towels and washcloths are not disposable items, there will be a replacement fee if they are contaminated or damaged. 4. No indoor smoking of any kind, if this rule is broken, we will charge a $250 odor removal fee to your reservation. 5. The maximum number of occupants in the unit is 9 at all times, even visitors. 6. Any guests beyond the number listed on your reservation will be charged $50 per night if stay longer than 3 day.
