Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments. Trash Disposal: Trash bins are located on the side of the house. Please place bagged and tied trash (max. 30 lbs / 14 kg per bag) and/or flattened cardboard boxes in the bins. Do not wheel bins to the curb—the valet trash service will pick them up from the side of the house. Parking: Driveway available for 2 cars; street parking is not permitted. Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided. Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies only, intended for the beginning of your stay. Additional items must be purchased by the guest as needed.
