Welcome to The Blue Heron House! A beautiful 4 Bedroom home with private heated pool, fire pit, kayaks, & private dock on the Little Manatee River that leads to Tampa Bay. Relax on the dock or by the pool and enjoy the picture perfect sunset while watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. Enjoy local waterfront restaurants or stay in and cook in the well equipped kitchen with an outdoor grill available as well. Bring your boat, or charter a local captain to take you down river into the bay. The space Our home is kid friendly. We have toys, a high chair, pack n play and even some games and puzzles for the adults. We provide high speed wifi and smart tv's in each room. The home has a brand new central air conditioning system. We’ve recently added a couple of Kayaks and a paddle board for our guests to enjoy. We have an assortment of life preservers available and the kayaks can be launched right off our private dock!. We offer a heated pool for year round swimming. We also have an assortment of fishing rods and tackle for guests of all ages! Rest assured that we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We are minutes from Little Harbor, which has a marina, boat rentals, public beach and many restaurants. We’re also only minutes away from Apollo Beach. We’re centrally located and within driving distance of Busch Gardens, Disney, St Petersburg & Clearwater Beaches, Anna Maria Island and Bradenton/Sarasota. The Blue Heron is perfect for a stay-cation, a work-from-home alternative, or for families to re-connect! Guest access You will have the entire house, private pool, private dock, and a large private backyard with chairs around the fire pit! Other things to note Fish off the dock, build a fire for s’mores, swim in the heated pool, or barbecue on the grill while drinking a frozen cocktail...all in a private environment!
