The location of the vacation home is perfect, nice restaurants, cafes, bike rentals and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. You can stay in this vacation home without a car. Directly across the street from the house is a small supermarket. The beautiful beach bays of Cala Selena and Cala Ferrera are a 5-minute walk away, the marina of Cala d'Or is about 10 minutes. drive or 1/2 hour walk. In the pedestrian zone of Cala d'Or there are restaurants, boutiques and souvenir shops. The space The modern semi-detached house (living space totaling approx. 150 square meters, property approx. 250 square meters) has on the first floor * a spacious and modern furnished living room * a dining area * a guest bathroom (toilet with shower) and * a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). From the living and dining room and from the kitchen you have access to the terrace and the large pool. Sun loungers are available for relaxing and enjoying. The upper floor has three bedrooms: * 1. large bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom * 2nd bedroom with double single beds * 3rd bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom (with shower) All three bedrooms are fitted with large built-in closets. In the basement there is a utility room, equipped with: * Washing machine * Ironing board and iron * Sink Other things to note Note on booking and arrival/departure: * Minimum booking: 5 days in low season and 6 days in high season, with shorter periods please be on request, so please pay attention to follow-up booking * Arrival: from 4 pm; self check-in by key box * Departure: before 10 a.m. other equipment: * Flat screen TV with satellite reception (in the living room) * WLAN throughout the house * Highchair for children * Baby cot is provided free of charge in the large bedroom on request.
