Private, stand alone home with off street parking in Mount Maunganui, 1 minute drive to Bayfair Shopping Centre which has everything you need from cinemas, restaurants, Countdown supermarket and Kmart. Only minutes from the beach (4 minute walk we've done it heaps!) and with easy access to the Mount Maunganui walk and beach but without the traffic. We have the option to sleep 2 extra children comfortably on the couch or just enjoy the extra space, privacy and tranquility.
