A lovingly and faithfully restored villa awaits you in a prime beach location, less than a 3-minute walk from the pier and the town center. The very well-maintained and comfortably furnished apartments, each with 1 or 2 bedrooms, are fully tiled with high-quality marble and equipped with luxurious shower rooms with real glass showers and marble washbasins. All apartments have fully equipped kitchenettes with fridge, cooking facilities and dishwasher. Except for the apartments in Guest access The sauna is located on the first floor, just to the left of the stairs. At the entrance to the wellness area, you can enter when you plan to visit the sauna and also see when other guests have already registered. The registration does not guarantee exclusivity to the sauna area. Please switch the sauna on and off independently according to the instructions (see notice). Other things to note From October 14, 2024, road construction work will begin on Schwedenstraße in front of Villa Quisisana. Access to the villa will be limited or even temporarily impassable. Unfortunately, we will only receive short notice from the municipality of Binz as to whether and to what extent our guests can drive up to the villa and whether parking will be made available to us in the immediate vicinity. Parking at Klünderberg Binz – 350 m away, has already been promised to us. Our guests have the possibility to park their vehicle there. The parking permits are available in your booked apartment. Construction noise is certainly to be expected during the day, but it mainly affects Apt. 3, Apt., 6., Apt. 7, 10 and 11. The apartments on the sea side are only partially affected. We are aware of the restrictions and therefore have reduced all apartment prices by up to 50% and are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Villa Quisisana.
