We offer a beautiful villa near Lake Murten. It is situated in a very quiet area and has 4 bedrooms on the first floor. It is ideal for a relaxing stay or for a family vacation by Lake Morat. The house has 2 private parking spaces in front of the house. Outside the house, you will find two terraces where you can enjoy meals around the vegetation. The space The villa has a large terrace with lots of vegetation. In front of the villa there are two private spaces to park your vehicle. Inside, the villa is equipped with everything you need. Bath towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. We are available throughout your stay, and if something is missing, we will gladly take the information in order to complete the equipment of the villa. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the communal swimming pool of Morat, which is less than a 10-minute walk away. In addition, the train station is 10 minutes from the accommodation, allowing you to visit cities such as Bern, Fribourg and Neuchâtel without using your vehicle. On the ground floor there is a large living room and a fitted kitchen. There are no additional fees to be expected apart from the tourist taxes, which will be paid after the booking is finalized. The tourist tax, collected by the Swiss municipalities, is applicable to all stays on Swiss territory. It contributes to the financing of cultural, tourist and sports infrastructures that enrich your stay. Laundry fees, including sheets and linens, are included. Please note that a temporary window is currently installed and will remain in place for approximately 3 to 4 weeks, while the permanent window is replaced.
