On the lower floor is the living-dining room with direct access to the garden. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. On this floor there is a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and the pool and a bathroom right next to the bedroom. One of the highlights is the garden/terrace and pool area. It is very spacious and is equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors. In addition, the villa has internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 Tv, radio.
