We are located minutes away from UBC, the Endowment Lands, and the lively Dunbar area. The basement has a 1 bedroom suite that is equipped with a queen size bed and double sofa bed with a large sectional in the living room. It can sleep 5 comfortably. There is one full washroom that is fully stocked. The airport is 15 minutes away and downtown is also 15 minutes away. The space The basement suite is equipped with a queen size bed and a double sofa bed. The living room has a large sectional that can sleep a large person. Our kitchen has all the tools you need to host a family meal. You will have your own separate access to your suite with all the privacy of an apartment. There is one full washroom and ample street parking nearby. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole suite without sharing with anyone. Clear instructions including videos of how to access the suite will be sent upon booking confirmation. Guests will be given an access code that is only valid during your stay. The access code is active at 3pm check-in day and deactivated at 11am at the check-out day. Other things to note *** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *** Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly. Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in. NOTE: Request Regarding Booking Duration: Please take note that once a booking is confirmed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any requests for cancellation or modifications that would result in a shorter stay, regardless of the reason, including emergencies or changes of mind. It is crucial for all guests to be fully informed about this policy during the booking process and to ensure their understanding before confirming their reservation. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply: - No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco ) - No illegal drugs - No party or gathering of any sort - No loud noises at all times - No pets allowed - Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am - Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests - 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest. 2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience. 3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night.  We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time. 25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service. We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area. Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time. Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
