As you arrive at Breakspeare House, you can pull off the road and park safely on the driveway and unload your luggage. The location of the property is perfect, just 150 metres from Peasholm Park, the Open Air Theatre, North Bay Miniature Railway and Sky Trail and with many of Scarborough’s attractions close by. Lets Take A Look Around........ *LOUNGE AREA* A spacious and cosy living room with tones of the sea which will instantly make you feel relaxed and calm. Two comfortable settees are the perfect place to sit, relax and unwind after a busy day exploring Scarborough. A 43 inch Smart television means that you can access a wide range of channels as well as logging on to may apps and also gives you access to stream your own Netflix or Prime accounts. The room benefits from a large bay window that brings in lots of natural light. A basket of family games will help to keep everyone occupied. *KITCHEN & DINING AREA WITH COMFORTABLE SETTEE* A superb open plan space at the rear of the property with sliding patio doors that open out on to an enclosed rear patio area. This room benefits from the morning sunshine, making it the perfect place to start you day and enjoy a coffee and some breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect, including: an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, under counter fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There's also a full array of crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils for you to use during your stay. A large modern dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests takes centre place and overlooks the kitchen and the outdoor space. The perfect place to sit and eat, drink and chat. Room 1 - king size bed - sleeps 2 Room 2 - double bed with ensuite - sleeps 2 Room 3 - two single beds with the option to link them together to form a king size bed - sleeps 2 All beds have open storage beneath to allow you to store your luggage. Solid oak bedroom furniture with plenty of storage space will ensure every guest can unpack and really make themselves at home. Travel cot available on request - please note this is stored off site so please mention this when booking so that it can be set up for your stay. *MAIN BATHROOM* A large bright and luxurious bathroom with WC, sink, large mirror with sensor lighting, a wide P shaped bath with shower over, heated towel rail and storage shelves for your toiletries. *SEPARATE WC* It's handy to have a separate WC located in its own room right next door to the main bathroom. This means that when the main bathroom is in use, other members of the house can also use the WC. *REAR PATIO* The rear patio area benefits from the morning sunshine and can be accessed through the patio doors from the dining area or a rear external door.
