Beach House Blue **Beach on a Budget**

Beach House Blue is a mile away from The Barn (wedding venue), is 45 minutes to an hour to the beaches of Destin, 20 minutes to Publix in Crestview, FL and if you want some old town fun, we are 8 miles south of Florala, Alabama which is the home of Lake Jackson. You can do so fun antiquing in Florala too. Beach House Blue is great for relaxing, separated bedrooms for privacy, wonderful outdoor space and a fenced in back yard. Enjoy the space, the two kings, one queen and one full bed. The space Beach House Blue offers an open kitchen/living room with a big screen tv. This is a new kitchen that is very well appointed. Off to the left of the kitchen is a bedroom with a king bed, laundry room and full bath with shower. Off this area is a screened in porch with a dining table and chairs attached to the fenced in back yard. To the right of the kitchen is a full hall bath, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and one full bedroom. This house has beautiful furnishings and wonderful bedding. Back patio is screened in for outdoor dining and back yard is fenced. You will feel right at home and will love the quiet country feel while being very close to many amenities. House comes fully furnished, well stocked kitchen and all linens provided. House does not come with food or coffee. A starter kit of paper products are provided. Drive times to area attractions vary with traffic. Destin Commons is about 35 miles from this home. Guest access Guests rent the full house and property. Guests have full privacy and will not be bothered by the owner unless they need something. We live in the area and have a full time maintenance crew but we will not bother you unless you call us! Other things to note This house is beautifully furnished and very well appointed. All the guests need to do is come and relax! Drive times vary due to traffic. Going to the beach is great............the earlier you set out the better. Saturdays can be bottle neck traffic so start out early. Most people are leaving Saturday morning and checking in Saturday afternoon.
