Guest access Access to all areas Other things to note Surrounded by green fields, this superb Villa is located 500 m. from the beautiful sandy beaches of Fregene and boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a wonderful large living area, a tranquil private garden and a lovely patio and outdoor dining area. There is also a Finnish sauna (can host 4/6 persons), and a large brand new outdoor heated Jacuzzi for 6 persons and an indoor Jacuzzi for 2 persons, ideal for a relaxing and healthy stay. The villa has been designed to compliment its Roman location, each sleeping room is bright and airy and has air-conditioning, perfect for hot days, and also a heating system for autumn and winter months. The 5 bedrooms are spread over 3 floors, offering space and calm for each guest. On the ground floor there is 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom, on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a big room with two bunk beds (adult size) and one single bed, both with en-suite bathrooms, and on the second floor there are one double bedroom and one large 2 single beds room (convertible to 4 single beds or 2 double beds) and 1 bathroom. There is a well equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances, a dining area with views out to the garden and a large living area with a wonderful fireplace, an ideal place to relax indoors, that leads to the outdoor patio with sheltered outdoor dining area and barbecue area. There is also a gym area. The villa is tastefully furnished, the floors are in terracotta, the bathroom in Siena marble, patio and fireplace made of travertine and river stones. Refined decorations and trompe l'oeil walls. The villa offers also a satellite TV, HDMI cable, WI-FI and parking area and a tennis table. The villa is perfectly cleaned and there is a gardener who takes care of the garden. Fregene has very beautiful beaches and a fun set of beach bars and restaurants. Rome is easily accessible by train (20 minutes train ride to the Vatican) Tourist tax is 2 Euro per person, per day, up to 10 days (children from 0 to 10 free).
