Things to Know The pool is open March 1 to December 1 of each year, and pool heat can be purchased for an additional fee. Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
