Other things to note This townhome comes with 2 parking spaces (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Additional vehicles must park off-site. 4WD is strongly recommended when traveling to the mountains, especially in the winter. Breckenridge is a high alpine environment and you can except to experiences extreme winter weather conditions when visiting. Please note that amenities may have closures or restrictions during your visit.
