INTERIOR DESCRIPTION The main entrance is through a gate that opens onto an internal courtyard with a green area, where you can park up to two cars in the covered area. A few steps lead to the villa entrance, surrounded by a well-kept garden and an infinity pool with a hot tub for four people. From the porch, you can enjoy a splendid view of Tavolara Island. The living room, with wooden furniture and beamed ceilings, offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The villa, all on one level, features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sea-facing veranda provides access to a spacious living room with a Tv corner and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and kettle. The large windows offer a unique view of the Gulf of Tavolara. The sleeping area includes 2 double suite bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one room with two single beds (convertible to a double), and an additional bathroom with a shower. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
