Pool Garden Panoramic view Other things to note The modern holiday flat is located in the village of Perledo, about 400 metres above Varenna, in a privileged sunny and panoramic position above Lake Como, with a view of the Golden Triangle, consisting of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio. The flat is located in the same corner house in the entrance area in a favoured position of a residence with small staggered terraced houses. You enter your holiday flat via the garden. The garden is lovingly landscaped and offers plenty of privacy. The south-west-facing aspect means you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. The terrace has a retractable sun blind that provides shade. You can reach the panoramic pool via a 50 m walkway that leads behind the row of houses. It is open from the end of April to the end of September, depending on the weather. It is about 2 km via a footpath down to the lake to Varenna with lido. The holiday flats are modern and lovingly furnished. The holiday home invites you to enjoy this dream location all year round. Via your private outside entrance you enter directly into the bright living area with double sofa bed, wicker armchairs, coffee table, dining table set and modern well-equipped open-plan kitchen. On the garden side is the double room, on the north-west side of the lake is the single room with a pull-out couch, which can also be used as a TV room. On the lake side is the modern bathroom with shower. Vista Paradiso lets you stay with a dream view above the lake and yet you can reach the famous Varenna in a few minutes. A paradise for hikers and mountain bikers, for those seeking peace and quiet and for cultural travellers who always like to retreat to their private realm. The owners also use the holiday home themselves, which is why it is well thought out and lovingly maintained. Your private garage is located in the basement of your holiday complex.
