Our light and bright villa is secluded yet centrally located just a few steps away from the main street of Margaret River. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it comfortably sleeps 5, is fully self contained and has a private and relaxing courtyard. A great central location to explore wineries, breweries, forests and beaches. Perfect for two couples, families or friends wanting complete comfort and a home away from home feeling. A place to slow down and re-connect. The space The Villa Margaret River is fully self contained with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 5. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, the second bedroom has a king bed (can be split into 2 singles on request) and the third bedroom has a single bed. Our entire place is single storey and the courtyard is secure and spacious. We offer free WIFI and Netflix, smart TV, full kitchen/dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, heating/cooling, an open plan living area and a private and relaxing courtyard with BBQ. We also have a passionfruit vine and peach tree for you to use in season. Guest access The Villa Margaret River is located in a gated complex with your own secure undercover garage suitable for 1-2 medium cars or 1 large car. There is also free car parking on Ned Higgins Lane and Townview Terrace. Other things to note All linen, towels, pillows and doonas are provided. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing liquid, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar. A portacot and high chair are also available on request. Minimum 2 night stay.
