What else? It has a bedroom with a King Size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with also telephone, 32" flat Tv with tv box, High Speed Internet connection available with optic fiber stable and reliable with 300 MBps in download speed and 100 MBps in upload with Ethernet cable and 120-260 MBps in Wi-Fi, a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. The patio has table and chairs, the garden is with lawn, sunbeds, hammock and Royal Palms. Supplement & Fees - Air Conditioning available at a night supplement of 10 USD (max 12 hours) or 15 USD for day and night (except when guests are out of the apartment). - Room Levy is a Government Tax of 10% per stay..
