Pure relaxation - Holiday home No.2 - Friedrichstadt

Our vacation home No.2 in Friedrichstadt offers everything you want for a relaxing time on North Frisia's west coast. On cool days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace or in the sauna. The underfloor heating creates a pleasant holiday climate. Bikes and everything you need are safely accommodated in the Swedish cottage. The terrace and the garden with a barbecue fireplace invites you to sit outside on warm summer evenings. The space The discreetly lit cover from local red clinkers fits in Friedrichstadt. The interior is suitable for a modern holiday. Life on the ground floor with open floor plan: The kitchen with cooking island, adjoining the dining room and the cozy living room with Swedish stove can accommodate the whole family. In addition, on the ground floor there is a utility room (with washing machine ) and a new shower room with a 2-person glass sauna ( from September 2021) Upstairs you can reach the home (or better holiday) office area with LAN connection and WiFi throughout the house from both bedrooms. Adjacent to the office is a modern shower room on the second floor. Guest access The house is complete for you :-) Only in the garage is my workshop ;-) Other things to note The nightly price includes an energy flat rate (electricity & heating) of 5,00€ per day. If this amount does not cover costs due to changed delivery orders or excessive consumption, we reserve the right to make an adjustment after consultation with you.
