The space The house is located in a spacious and quiet property of 4500 m2 in natural forest area with orchard, swimming pool with 7 sunbeds and mats, basketball field-minitenis-badminton, independent barbecue house and electric charger, perfect for a family getaway, suitable for children and also as an alternative to work comfortably remotely, thanks to our fast 300MB fiber optic Wi-Fi internet service from Movistar. Guest access The entire spacious property of 4,500 m2 is available and is for the exclusive use of guests. On the property we have a swimming pool with 7 sun loungers-colchonetas, detached BBQ house and a basketball field, mini and badminton for your use and exclusive enjoyment. Other things to note Indicate that there are 8 air conditioning equipment (AC) in the 6 bedrooms, dining room, living room, TV-chimenea room and kitchen. Due to the high energy costs and 8 AC equipment, if the Air Conditioning (AC) is used, electricity consumption (1.5€/person/day) (minimum 12€) will be charged. If the electric charger is used for vehicles, the KWh consumed at €0.30 will be charged. In winter, it may be necessary to use the central heating with what, if desired and used, the consumption of diesel will be charged separately per litres consumed (about 30€/day - 24 hours of operation). A charcoal bag is provided for the barbecue house for free. A mandatory ecotouristic rate will be charged from the government (2.42€/person/day) (children under 16 do not pay), as required by applicable legislation in the Balearic Islands.
