The apartment has a BALCONY in the main room (You can smoke in this place), a QUEEN bed and TWO DOUBLE beds, large WINDOWS, a daily BREAKFAST BAR inside the kitchen area and an additional DINING ROOM in the social area for SIX people. We have GUARDA EQUIPAJE service, free of charge even for long periods and 0fremos TRANSFER service at cost, to and from the airport at any time, as well as tourist trips in and out of Quito. For guests who wish to cook, there are some free-use products in the apartment, such as: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, white vinegar and spices. And if you want to wash your clothes, you will also find liquid detergent and fabric softener for free. In addition, we provide minibar service, with fair prices. Guest access The building lobby, elevator, parking lot, trash room, terrace and drying area are available 24 hours a day and can be used by guests during their stay. Other things to note For PERSONAL SAFETY of the guest, it is NOT allowed to receive VISITS. Any visit without AUTHORIZATION will be considered as additional guests and must pay the set fee.
