The space Humphreys Lakefront Experience Bass Lake at this gorgeous lakefront home, where you'll be treated to a new private dock, three levels of lighted deck space, and generous accommodations for up to 24 people (plus the family dog). Although this is a modern home, its thoughtful decor contributes to the cabin-like feel. The living room features unique rock art and a TV for relaxing evenings spent at home. The lower level has a family room as well, where you'll find another TV, a poker table, a pool table, and a wet bar - all overlooking the beach. The kitchen has a large island with a granite top and stool seating for eight, while the dining table seats eight more. Additional amenities include air conditioning, cable TV service, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
