Kassiopeia Villa is located about 5 km from the picturesque town of Chania and 8 km from a lovely sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes' drive. A car is recommended for your stay. The space The lovely Kassiopeia Villa features a cozy open-plan area with a living corner that includes a smart TV with Netflix and a Home Cinema system. There is also a dining area and a second seating area with a fireplace, all offering amazing sea views and access to two furnished verandas, one of which is shaded with an outdoor lounge set and a dining table. Just a few steps up, you can find a fully equipped kitchen in elegant white tones, a dining area, and a stylish bathroom with a shower. This floor also hosts a master bedroom with a king size size bed and en-suite shower bathroom, as well as a second bedroom that can be arranged with either a double bed or two singles, also with its own en-suite shower bathroom. One more bedroom with two single beds and a furnished balcony is provided on the top floor of the villa. A private pool of up to 1.20 meters depth with stunning sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a beautiful garden are available. Free wireless internet, air-condition in every bedroom, a washing machine and private parking space are offered. Please also note that the older owners of the villa sometimes stay in the ground floor of the building but have no access to the pool area or the garden.
