The location The apartment, furnished in 2019, is located on a quiet residential street in the newly expanded attic of our historic thatched-roof house, a few minutes by bike from the North Sea and the Südwesthörn swimming area. In the vicinity are the district town of Niebüll, the ferry terminal Dagebüll, the Klanxbüll train station and the Nolde Museum in Seebüll. The apartment offers an ideal starting point for cycling tours, bird watching, trips to the islands of Sylt, Föhr and Amrum, to Denmark and much more. Shopping facilities can be found in the towns of Niebüll, Dagebüll and Risum-Lindholm, each about 10 km away. The amenities The spacious and high-quality furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a thatched roof property and is accessible via a wide wooden staircase. The kitchen is a comfortably furnished field of activity for hobby chefs. The kitchen offers a stove with 4-plate ceramic hob and oven with integrated microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (filter size 4), and is equipped with a toaster, blender, kettle and dishes. In the spacious living area, a sofa and a comfortable armchair offer comfort with a fantastic view of the Seedeich. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available via a fiber optic connection. A Blu-ray/DVD player is provided. To listen to music, connect your phone to the soundbar via Bluetooth. In the bedrooms, a double bed (180 × 200) and two single beds (90 × 200) with Medicare mattresses offer maximum sleeping comfort. A sauna with a particularly mild and pleasant sanarium system is available next to an exclusively furnished bathroom with double sink, freestanding bathtub and a walk-in large rain shower. The entire living area is heated by underfloor heating. A washing machine and dryer are available for you on the ground floor.
