Book now! The space The "Kozy" apartment offers a warm and cozy atmosphere. The accommodation includes an air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker with pods, opening onto a living room with Netflix TV. A private covered terrace is ideal for enjoying a ti'punch or a relaxing moment. Access to the shared pool is directly from the covered terrace. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Important: Visits by people outside the reservation are not allowed. Other things to note For security, insurance, and discretion reasons, please note our house rules. - Limited access: Only the 2 people mentioned in the reservation have access to the accommodation and outdoor area. Additional guests will not be allowed. - Adults only: Not suitable for minors or infants. - Pets: Not allowed. - Non-smoking: The interior of the accommodation is strictly non-smoking. - Quiet: Parties, soirées and loud music are prohibited, especially around the common pool, out of respect for everyone. - Parking: Dedicated space inside the property and not outside.
