Spacious apartment with a beautiful garden The space Our top-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, a spacious living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and 2 toilets. Free Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV and a radio are provided. Outside, there is a gazebo with seating for our guests. A lockable storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes is available for use. There are plenty of parking spaces for cars in front of the house, as well as a parking space with a carport. There is a drying room in the basement for wet hiking boots and clothing. Our apartment is centrally located in Ebern. The train station, swimming pools, as well as a bakery, butcher, grocery stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. Since sustainability is important to us, our vacation apartment was newly renovated in 2021. Since then, we have had no carpeting or feather beds. To achieve pleasant temperatures, the roof was insulated and new insulated windows with exterior roller blinds were installed. We heat our house with wood in a climate-neutral way. A photovoltaic system with storage has been installed to generate electricity. Charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes are available for our guests. Information materials are available to help you have a pleasant holiday. We are also happy to give you suggestions in person. You can park your car in our carport free of charge. There is also a charging station here. Two e-bikes and other bikes can be rented for a fee.
