Perfect for big families or two groups travelling together, this laid-back, fully self-contained home + cottage sleeps up to 12 and puts you just minutes from Hyams Beach, Huskisson, and Booderee National Park. Perfect for: • Family holidays • Group getaways • Multi-gen travel • Kids who need space to roam • Adults who need peace + a wine on the deck The space The main house sleeps 8 across 3 bedrooms, with a spacious kitchen, living area, and a beautiful deck that looks out to the bush. The adjoining cottage sleeps 4, with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and sitting area — ideal for grandparents, teens, or another family. We also have a family of bandicoots that live under the cottage. We are a pet friendly property but have some pet policies in place to keep both your pets and the wildlife safe. Guest access The entire property except the garage. This is currently under construction to become a sports and games room.
