The space Gulf View Duplex on Cape San Blas Sunny Dayz is a completely remodeled, 2 bedroom gulf view duplex centrally located on Cape San Blas near Scallop Cove store/deli and San Flea rental store. The home was designed to be fun and colorful downstairs and peaceful and relaxing upstairs. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and and a Twin Pullout Sleeper Chair in the living area. A new covered outdoor space was added summer 2023 with patio furniture and sun catchers to add more living space and coastal vibe even during a rain shower. For more added living space, the picnic table is now downstairs so families may enjoy grilling and eating downstairs in the shade. (There are plastic dishes, cups and pitcher in the kitchen for outside entertaining). The entire home has vinyl plank flooring with carpeted stairs.
