It features 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) with AC, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a rustic living and dining area. Outside, enjoy a private pool, multiple leisure spaces, and an annex with a charming wood oven. A perfect retreat to relax and experience the beauty of the region. Todos os quartos têm ar condicionado (quente e frio) e roupa de cama incluída. - Uma sala de estar com ar condicionado, sofá, televisão e área de refeições. - Uma cozinha equipada com fogão, forno, microondas e variados utensílios de cozinha. Conta também com uma máquina de lavar loiça. - 4 casas de banho completas (uma não fotografada). Towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience! - A fully equipped kitchen that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homecooked meal during your stay like an oven, stove, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc. There's also a dishwasher. - Great outdoor area with a private pool and furniture where you can lay back and relax. *Please note that the pool will be CLOSED from October forward, thank you!* **Our property is protected by Truvi, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space.
