Centre France, beautiful typical house of Limousin, located 4 km from Lake Vassivière and its many family activities, it has beautiful volumes, mixing comfort, modernity and well-being, perfect to welcome you. Nature in this region is predominant and offers you many "green" activities such as sailing, water skiing, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, hiking, mountain biking or any other activity... The house is referenced and classified 4 keys and very spacious offering 2 living rooms, one with a foosball table and fiber, 2 bathrooms and 4 very large bedrooms, an equipped kitchen. Built a long time ago, it keeps cool in summer and is cozy in winter. It can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The village is quiet, there is a spring water fountain and a small grocery store/restaurant in high season. Guest access Your parking space is right across the street from the entrance and will be the location to put your vehicle(s). We do not allow parking of vehicles on the grounds. Other things to note The stove is working; BUT BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERLOAD IT. Don't forget to take ping pong balls and your rackets. Linens are not provided; you will need towels, dish towels, and bedding for 1 140 cm bed, 1 160 cm bed, and 6 90 cm beds. option to rent for €10 per set.
