It is characterized by stone walls, exposed ceiling with wooden beams and floors and terracotta floors, which give it a warm and welcoming tone. The rooms are bright and equipped with a split for hot/cold air conditioning. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests + 1 infant. LIVING ROOM WITH DINING ROOM AND SOFA BED The living room, which is the heart of the house, is bright and welcoming. Inside the room, equipped with a TV, there is a dining table, four chairs and a sofa (also used as a bed) to fully enjoy moments of relaxation and comfort during the stay. Bedroom The room consists of a comfortable king-size bed, memory foam pillows and mattresses, blankets, cotton sheets, high-quality towels and a closet where you can store clothes and suitcases. KITCHEN The kitchenette is equipped with: gas stove (4 burners), cookware set, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Upon arrival, guests will enter the listing via smartphone, via self check-in with a virtual key. Just make sure you have a good internet connection. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with all the useful information to access the house. The nearest car park is the "Saba John Paul II" a few minutes walk from the house. Alternatively, near "Porta San Giacomo", you can find the "Municipal Parking", a few minutes more walk from the accommodation. To get to the accommodation you have to take stairs: be patient and enjoy the walk!
