Welcome to La Villa Louisental **** Situated at the bottom of a small green valley, between forests and streams, your holiday home welcomes groups of up to 15 people all year round. The Villa is perfectly arranged, equipped and very spacious to make your seminars, family reunions or reunions with friends a success! Its central and secluded location is ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet, nature and culture in Alsace. A ski resort is available in 15 minutes by car. Guest access You have access to the whole house, except for the cellar and the attic! The garden with its petanque court and barbecue is also accessible. Other things to note In the high season (July-August) only weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. The same applies at Christmas and New Year. The arrival and departure days may vary here. Please note! Final cleaning of the house is not included in the price. It includes thorough cleaning (dry and wet) of surfaces, floors, stairs, kitchen appliances, furniture, bathrooms, terraces, etc. It can be booked and paid for on site upon arrival (€250). Final cleaning does not include emptying the bins and fireplace ashes, washing your dishes or cleaning the kitchen. Please place all used linen and towels in front of the washing machine.
