Other things to note The apartment is located next to the Puente de Piedra at the entrance of the Camino de Santiago to the city, a point where two of the symbols of the Rioja capital converge: this beautiful viaduct from 1884 and the Ebro River, both protagonists of the Logroño shield. The house has been renovated with great personal effort and is part of a 1955 workers' housing development built on the foundations of the centuries-old Bodegas Franco Españolas. It can be said that under your feet rests a large underground warehouse for wine barrels 400 meters long and 15 meters wide. The house faces the monumental silhouette of Logroño drawn by its most representative towers: San Bartolomé church, Palacio church, La Redonda cathedral and Santiago church. The historic center of the city awaits on the other side of the Ebro by either of the two emblematic river crossings, the aforementioned Puente de Piedra, 20 meters to the left of the accommodation, or the Puente de Hierro, two hundred meters to the right.
