The perfect Yogha for you! We do not offer pepper salt and oil. Guest access - Completing the online check-in, with data and photos, is required. Without it, access is not granted! But rest assured, it is only for the safety of the stay and we strictly follow the LGPD Law (13.709/2018). - This prior submission is essential so that we can inform you on the day of your check-in, the unit's access data. If it is filled out only upon arrival at the building, it will take us up to 30 minutes to clear it. -Our units are in residential buildings, so the building's entrance is not responsible for our rentals, and any and all contact or problems are resolved via chat or phone directly with us. We count on your collaboration in sending the information in advance, thus aiming to avoid a disturbance to other residents and the building's reception. Other things to note ONLINE CHECK-IN – MANDATORY Mandatory to be done before entering the apartment. The data is processed in accordance with LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018. HOURS Check-in: from 3 p.m. Check-out: until 11 am (no flexibility). GUEST / CONVIVIAL Forbidden to welcome visitors. No smoking in the entire building (subject to fine). Mandatory Silence after 10 p.m. Professional photos or recordings are prohibited in common areas. Minors only accompanied by a legal guardian. We do not accept pets. We do not work with half daily. APARTMENT INFORMATION Voltage: 110V. (White) 220V (Red) PARKING Available only upon prior request and extra payment, subject to availability. The building has few parking spaces. We recommend third-party parking near the building if there is no internal availability. COMMON AREA Use according to condominium rules: Mini Market – ground floor. Laundry – paid (card payment). Gym – 3rd floor. TV room – 21st floor. CLEANING Cleaning fee included in the reservation (post-checkout cleaning). Optional extra cleaning, charged separately, with change of linen. We issue a receipt and invoice for the cleaning service at the end of the stay. FORGOTTEN OBJECTS We store items for up to 5 business days. Perishable items are not stored. UPKEEP Service from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. RENEWAL OF STAY Requests must be made by 10:30 a.m. on the day of check-out. After this time: a fine of R$ 35.00 + one night's rate. Check-out after 11 a.m.: fixed fine of R$150.00
